Don Dennis has launched an exciting new business on the Isle of Gigha - sea tours and local excursions on an 8.4m diesel Redbay RIB. Gigha Seatours Ltd. not only offers a stunning new way to view Gigha and its near neighbours, but Don also offers trips to Islay, Jura, Iona, Northern Ireland, Oban and more.

Our boat is also very useful for those guests at Achamore House who may have missed the last ferry. Weather permitting, we can collect guests arriving after hours at Tayinloan up until 10pm. Cost is £20 per person, as long as two or more are to be collected. Please be sure to call to arrange this service!

The waters around Gigha are one of the best places on the west coast of Scotland for seeing bottlenose dolphins. A group of roughly 35 dolphins live year around between Kintyre and Skye, and pods of a dozen or more are frequently seen within a few hundred yards of the shores of Gigha. And our boat the Thalassa offers one of the best means of seeing them. While sightings cannot be guaranteed of course, the dolphins do seem to like it here!
